- Ads: what you write, photos, postcode and town, and any phone or WhatsApp numbers you add

- Alerts: your saved searches, and your WhatsApp number if you turn on WhatsApp alerts
- Payments: handled by Stripe; we only keep what you bought and when, never your card details
- Technical: basic logs needed to run and protect the site
Why we use it
- To run your account, show your ads and deliver messages and alerts (our contract with you)
- To keep the site safe, stop fraud and handle reports (legitimate interests)
- To send WhatsApp alerts, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
- To meet legal duties, for example keeping payment records
Who we share it with
Only with services that help run KURDlink: hosting and database providers, email delivery, Stripe (payments), Google Maps (maps) and Meta (WhatsApp messages). We never sell your information.

Ads show an approximate area unless you choose to show the exact spot.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete an ad or your account, we delete it, except records we must keep by law (for example payments, for 6 years).
